Dad made it HOME! He caught 4 salmon running 7 to 10lbs a piece. Unfortunately, they had to throw half of them back~You can only keep the hatchery fish & have to give the native fish back~the hatchery fish has the back dorsal fin clipped off! Dad all ready has the fish packaged & frozen! He wishes he had his camera to take gorgeous pictures of the ocean skies with the rainbows after the rain storm, but he didn't want risk loosing his camera in the ocean waters! Mom & Tibbey are sure glad to see Dad home! In the last four days Olympia has had over 4 inches of rain~I was worried about dad being caught in one of those storms~dad said today was the worst on the water & he did not even get sea sick~the white caps & waves were about 10 feet high & they just bobbed in the ocean like a cork!!!!

That's a good picture of Dad, i like your smile! You can tell you had a good time! How nice to have some fresh salmon and that's great you didn't sick. I would be a bit worried being in the ocean with some rain storms, Yikes!
When do you want to plan a salmon dinner? Sounds like a fun time :)
How about a salmon dinner the 2nd weekend in October? Either the 8th or the 22nd. What do you think?

October 22 the best time! October 8th means you have to hurry home for Jaelyn's 18th Birthday on October 12!!!!!!
